Der Claus setzt immer auf Trinkspaß und auch sein anspruchsvoller Rosé, bringt jede Menge davon mit. Der Dope wird aus Blaufränkisch vom Leithaberg gekeltert und in der Amphore ausgebaut, gefüllt in die Sektflasche mit minimalem Restzucker, damit der Wein anschließend durchgärt und eine ganz leichte Kohlensäure mitbringt. So beginnt der Dope mit viel Frucht, von Rhabarber, Minze und Johannisbeere, immer kühl, etwas rauchig und immer sehr lebendig, dabei aber auch so fruchtig, dass er wie eine kräftig Saftschorle wirkt. Am Gaumen der leichte Fizz, dann auch hier viel Frucht, Erdbeere und Himbeere, dazu kommt ein mürber Grip und eine dezente Stoffigkeit dazu, die Säure ist saftig und so trinkt er sich auch, ein Spaßwein mit Stoff und Zug, kann man gleich die nächste Flasche aufmachen!
