Beim Roten Bender ist der Großteil vom Pinot Noir, dazu kommen noch Merlot und etwas Cabernet Sauvignon. Die Nase bringt frische Beerenfrucht, ein hauch Cassis, auch etwas Würze, sehr zartes und weiches Tannin, knackig und anpreschend, ein unkomplizierter Pfälzer der Freude bereitet. [CB Jg. 2011]
