Pineau de Loire heißt dieser Wein und ist der Basis Chenin Blanc der Domaine Tue Boeuf, was nicht heißen soll das es sich hier um einen einfachen Wein handelt. Es ist ein typischer Sortenvertreter mit feiner Reduktion, reifer Frucht, saftiger Säure und kompaktem Körper, schmeckt und riecht nach Bilderbuch-Chenin. In der Nase etwas Heu, dazu Melone und reife Birne, grün und gelb zugleich, die Reduktion ist im Moment zurückhaltend, kann aber durchaus mal intensiver durchkommen. Am Gaumen mit Saftigkeit und feinem Gerbstoff, rund und mundfüllend, saftige Aprikose und etwas Zitrus, animierend und lebendig, das macht Spaß! [CB 12/2022]
