Klasse! Ein Chenin Blanc mit einer so kräftigen -aber gekonnten- Reduktion. Extrem intensive Nase nach Feuerstein (Silex) und rauchig nach Carbid oder Schwarzpulver, es ist definitiv mehr als wir sonst gerne mit Sesam oder Popcorn umschreiben, dabei kaum Primärfrucht. Am Gaumen ein ähnliches Duftspiel, aber jetzt kommt was fruchtiges von reifer Mango dazu, verstärkt wir dieser Auftritt durch eine zarte Restsüße mit einem zarten Schmelz, bevor die typische Chenin Frische einsetzt, die Säure ist schön gepuffert und nicht ganz so strahlig, hinterläßt ein tolles Mundgefühl.
