Der Chenin Blanc Les Justices zeigt sich bereits früh sehr offen, mit oxidativem Stil, reifer Aromatik und Konzentration. In der Nase reife gelbe Frucht, Birnenschale, Rosinen und Zitronenabrieb mit einem Hauch Wachs und Würze. Am Gaumen mit frischer, aber zurückhaltender Säure, etwas Grip und guter Substanz, auch hier merkt man wieder die Reife der Trauben, trotz der Reife wirkt der Wein nicht zu üppig, er hat das nötige Gerüst dahinter und genug Struktur, sodass er nicht den Trinkfluss verliert. Die Aromatik bleibt ähnlich, reife gelbe Frucht, Birne, etwas Würze und leicht kräutrig. [ND 01/2023]
