Der Chenin Blanc "Les Gruches" von Claire und Florent Bejon stammt von 70 Jahre alten Rebenstöcken, aus einer kühle Lage in der Nähe von Chinon mit Böden aus Feuerstein und Ton über Kalkstein. In der Nase einladende Noten von Boskop-Äpfeln, gelber Pfirsich, geschälte Mandeln, rauchiger Feuerstein und eine Spur Bienenwachs. Am Gaumen eine mineralische Textur (noch immer leicht moussierend) mit einem schönen Hefe-Grip, zart mostig - zart staubig - zart erdig - und mit feiner Säure, pfirsichfruchtig, sehr harmonisches Finish, süffig mit höchstem Trinkspaß (die Flasche war in Nu leer).
