Dieser kraftvolle Chardonnay ist teilweise in großen Eichenfässern ausgebaut. Leuchtend hellgelbe Farbe, in der Nase exotisches Bukett: Ananas, Banane, Sternfrucht, vielleicht auch etwas Birne und ein minimaler grüner Kräuter-Anflug. Am Gaumen eine füllige Textur, viel Extrakt, erst eher samtig weich - dann mit der Zeit wird er straffer, eine saftige Säure kommt ins Spiel, dazu eine zarte salzige Note, charakterstark und sehr ausgewogen.
