Klassisch im Stahltank ausgebauter Chardonnay, helles Gelb mit grünlichen Reflexen, in der Nase viel Frucht, Birnen, grüner Apfel, auch exotische Noten wie Limetten und grüne Bananen. Am Gaumen eine fruchtig-frische Textur, gutes Frucht-Säure-Spiel, lebendige Säure, wieder Apfel und Limette, auch eine Nuance Brennnessel, hat Biss bis zum Schluss. Ein frecher Chardonnay, der sowohl Solo als auch als Speisenbegleiter viel Freude bereitet! [GB Jg. 2016]
