Am Gaumen eine kräftige Textur, sehr lebhaft die Säure, zartes Karamell, feiner Orangentouch, bleibt mächtig und intensiv stehen, facettenreich im Abgang, würzig-mineralisch im Nachhall. [GB 04/2020]
