Mittleres Grüngelb, in der Nase feine Biskuitnote, Akazie, zarte nach Vanille, dezente Holzwürze über einer saftigen Apfelfrucht. Am Gaumen sehr frisch, Anklänge von Zitrusfrüchten, kommt sehr leichtfüßig daher um dann doch Druck zu geben, braucht noch etwas Flaschenreife.
