Ein knackig-frischer Chardonnay aus Oberrotweiler Spitzenlagen, in der Nase grüner Apfel, Stachelbeeren, Weingartenpfirsich, dazu exotische Noten nach Bananenblätter und Sternfrucht. Am Gaumen eine straffe Textur mit feiner salziger Säure die zu schöner Mineralität führt, sogar etwas Tannin, minimale Reduktion, leicht erdig, wieder grüne Aromen, junge Tannenzweige, ein Hauch Leinöl, zarter Schmelz im Abgang.
