100% barriqueausgebauter Chardonnay, mittleres Goldgelb, in der Nase exotische Früchte, Pfirsich, reife Bananen, Feigen, florale Noten, etwas Karamell, Akazienholz und Butterstreuseln. Am Gaumen sehr dicht, vollmundig und cremig, viel Fruchtsüße, wieder Banane und Steinobst, aber auch Ananas, Vanilleschote, leicht mineralisch, feine Kräuterwürze, zarte Säure mit leichter Salzigkeit, kräftig und doch sehr harmonisch - typisch SALZL, bleibt gut am Gaumen.
