Der leuchtend hellgelbe Chardonnay mit schimmernden grünen Reflexen überzeugt mit einem angenehmen Wiesenblumenaroma, Galia-Melone, gelbe Stachelbeere, auch etwas exotische Früchte wie Papaya. Am Gaumen viel Schmelz und eine seidige Textur, ausgesprochen würzig - ja pfeffrig wie man es nur vom Veltliner kennt, von der Säure gut unterstützt, zarte Mineralik, bleibt sehr pointiert in Abgang, trinkanimierend.
