Der Chardonnay von der Lage Kräften ist spontan vergoren (80% Edelstahl und 20% in kleinen Holzfässern) mit anschließendem Feinhefekontakt bis Juni. In der Nase Apfel, Kiwi, Stachelbeeren und Reneclaude, am Gaumen ein fester Biss, kaum Holznoten, zart cremig, grünlich weicher Säureton, sehr ausgewogen, frisch, leichter Schmelz und leichtes Pfefferl im Nachhall.
