Ja, Überraschung, bei Zillinger gibt es auch Chardonnay! Seine unverwechselbare Stilistik: Mostoxydation und Vollhefe-Ausbau haben auch diesen Wein geprägt. In der Nase Boskopapfel, Grapefruit, Sternfrucht, Birnenschale, ein winziger Hauch an Gartenkräutern, am Gaumen eine mostige und griffige Textur, viel Grip von der Hefe, ein bisschen Blätterteig, Apfelschale, gute Säure, mit viel bäuerlichem Charme, hinterlässt ein sehr angenehmes Mundgefühl. Ein sehr eigenständiger Chardonnay! [GB 06/2021]
