Helles Goldgelb, in der Nase zart reduktive Anklänge nach Grapefruitzeste, Litschi und Brioche, Sesamkörner, Malz, frisches Weißkraut, mineralische Nuancen. Am Gaumen sehr feine seidige Textur, zarter Hauch von Karamell, Spuren von Wachs, etwas Pfirsich im Abgang, bleibt gut haften, sehr elegante Säure die auch einen Hauch Salz vermittelt, sehr lang.
