Description
Zu 50% in neuen Barriques ausgebauter Chardonnay mit viel Schmackes. In der Nase Birnenkompott, Bratapfel, Marzipan, Hefezopf, zarte Edelholzanklänge, auch etwas Vanille. Am Gaumen eine saftige -fast üppige- Textur (die Hefe wurde kräftig aufgerührt = Batonnage), daher ein sehr runder Gesamteindruck, nur eine zarte Säure mit leichtem Zitrustouch, wieder Birne, dazu Briochenoten, das Holz schon gut eingebunden, gutes Finish.
