Beim Chardonnay von Judith Beck werden die ganzen Trauben gepresst, danach spontan vergoren und für 7 Monate auf der Vollhefe in gebrauchten Holzfässern ausgebaut. Intensive Nase nach Pfirsich, Zitronenmelisse, reifer Melone, frischem Heu, etwas Hefeteig und eine winzige Nuance Muskatnuss. Am Gaumen mit einer sämigen Textur, rund und saftig, gelbfruchtig bis Orange, die Säure eher zurückhaltend, die ganz leichte Extraktsüße macht ihn angenehm trinkig, ja süffig. PLV! [GB 05/2022]
