ein Chardonnay, im Stahltank und teilweise in gebrauchten barriques vergoren, helles Gelb mit grünen Reflexen. In der Nase herzhafter Apfel wie Boskop, daneben zarte Steinobstfrucht nach Pfirsich, Marille, leichte Zedernholznoten. Am Gaumen trockene Struktur, zart rauchige Kalkmineralik, elegantes Säurespiel, wieder Anklänge von Boskop-Äpfeln, gut anhaltend im Abgang. [GB 11/2014]
