Description
Die Trauben für diese Cuvée aus 42% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Franc dazu etwas Syrah, Petit-Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon und Tempranillo, kommen von den besten Rotweinlagen am Seehof und am Panholzerhof, ausgebaut über 16 Monate in kleinen Barriques zur Hälfte in Erstbelegung. In der Nase sehr reife Frucht: rote Beeren, Kirschen, Maulbeeren, Mandeln, etwas rote Bete und Wildkräuter. Am Gaumen eine sehr kräftige und saftige Textur, feinmaschiges Tannin, feine aber herzhafte Säure, balsamische Fruchtnoten, äußerst präzise abgestimmt, gute Länge. [GB Jg. 2018]
