Eine Cuvée aus Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder und Welschriesling ausgebaut in Stahl, Holz und Amphoren. Interessante Nase nach eingelegten Trauben, Cornflakes, kandierte Zitronenschale, Apfel und leicht oxydierter Apfelschale. Am Gaumen tonig-kreidig, weich - aber dabei sehr ausgewogen, dann kommt die passende Säure dazu, unaufgeregtes tolles Trinkvergnügen, mit einem mini Amphoren-Touch. [GB 10/2016]
