6 Wochen Maischestandzeit, spontane Gärung im Stahltank, danach 14 Monate Ausbau im Barrique. Dunkles Rubingranat, in der Nase intensiv nach Cassis, blättrig und mit dunkler Kräuterwürze. Am Gaumen intensiv und rund mit kräftigem, reifen und gut eingebundenen Tannin, dezente Säure, saftig. Ein kräftiger, dabei aber sehr trinkiger Cabernet Sauvignon! [AB Jg. 2015]
