Bordeaux-Blend mit 60% Cabernet Sauvignon und 40% Merlot, dunkles Kaminrot, vielschichtige reife Nase mit deutlichen Tertiäraromen: Leder, dunkle Brotrinde, Eukalyptus, Senfkörner, Powidl, Maroni und Nuancen von Kalkboden. Intensives Tannin das aber sehr reif und mürbe am Gaumen bleibt, die lebendige Säure und viel Extrakt ergeben einen mundfüllenden Gesamteindruck, eingelegte Erdbeeren im Nachhall. [GB 08/2017]
