Dieser Wein stammt ebenfalls vom Buchertberg. Es handelt sich um einen gemischten Satz -und wie der Name schon verrät- waren die Trauben 2 Wochen auf der Maische, danach Reifung in 500Liter Fässer. Ungefiltert und ungeschwefelt gefüllt. Typische Sponti-Nase nach Quitte, nassem Fetzen und leicht reduktiv. Am Gaumen eine schmelzige Textur, Litschi, sehr stimmiges Gesamtbild. [GB 05/2016]
