maischevergorener Naturwein aus 35% Pinot Blanc, 35% Grüner Veltliner, 15% Chardonnay, 10% Muskat Ottonel und 5% Sauvignon Blanc, in gebrauchten Barriques und Amphoren ausgebaut. Sattes Goldgelb, in der Nase Mirabellengelee, Grapefruitzeste, feine Kräuterwürze mit Waldmeister, dazu exotische Noten nach Maracuja, phenolisch unterlegt. Am Gaumen eine sämige Textur mit gutem Schmelz, zarte Säure aber viel Grip vom Schalenkontakt, sehr stimmiger Amphorenwein mit schönem Trinkfluß. [GB, Jg. 2021]
