Am Gaumen saftig und fast t\u00e4nzelnd, sehr dezente Textur mit weichem K\u00f6rper, ganz leicht moussierend bekommmt er noch mehr Frische, etwas Minze, durchaus S\u00e4ure, dazu gr\u00fcne Birne, leichte Kalkmineralik, sehr erfrischend und stimmig.
