Und was da an unseren Tisch gebracht wurde, war schlichtweg grandios! Regionale Zutaten, feinste Texturen und komplex zusammengestellte Aromenvielfalt, das Ganze auch noch optisch eindrucksvoll angerichtet. Die beiden sch\u00fcchternen Jungk\u00f6che haben die Sternek\u00fcche von der Pike auf gelernt (S\u00f6l&#8217;ring Hof) und zeigen nach ihren Stationen im M\u00fcnchner Atelier und Berliner Facil jetzt eindrucksvoll, wie ihre eignen Ideen aussehen.
