Von über 30-jährigen Reben, mittleres Rubingranat, in der Nase ein Hauch Karamell, würzige Sauerkirschen, blättrig kühle Nuancen, ganz zarte Röstaromen. Am Gaumen mineralisch-rassig, Kräuterwürze, Rosenholz, reifes Tannin, wunderbare Kirschnoten im Nachhall. Ein lebendiger Terroir-Wein!
