Beim Dreh von unserem Video Nr. 3 haben wir einige Fässer im Keller von Claus Preisinger verkostet. Es waren die Fassproben aus 2017 und alles war grandios. Bei einem ist uns die Kinnlade runtergefallen – wir fanden ihn überragend gut. Claus meinte: »Wenn euch das Zeug so gut gefällt, gehört das Fass euch!« Voila!! GRAPES-Only!
Ein 1200 Liter Fass, 100 % Blaufränkisch (was sonst???), minimal geschwefelt. [Stefan Grabler & Markus Hirschler]
