Description
Auch aus Blaufränkisch kam man leichte Rotweine keltern. Mittleres Rubinrot, in der Nase ein Beeren-Potpourri: Heidelbeer, Brombeer und eine Spur Cassis nebst etwas nassem Holz. Am Gaumen eine eher drahtige Erscheinung, ganz leicht bitzelig, sehr gut verwobene Säure plus das dezente Tannin machen ihn sehr charmant und trinkig, sehr erfrischend wenn man ihn gekühlt serviert.
