Description
Bereits der Basis Blaufränker von Judith Beck überzeugt, die Trauben hierfür werden von Hand gelesen, spontan vergoren und für ca. 10 Monate in gebrauchten Holzfässern ausgebaut, danach wird der Wein unfiltriert und ungeschönt auf die Flasche gezogen. In der Nase mit präsenter Frucht, Schwarze Johannisbeere, Brombeere mit zartem Duft nach Veilchen gepaart mit feiner Würze. Am Gaumen saftig, mit lebendiger Säure und zurückhaltendem Tannin, wieder pure dunkle Frucht, Johannisbeere, Brombeere und leicht grünem Gerbstofftouch, der den Trinkfluss ungemein anregt, gut das man sich bei diesem Preis direkt eine Kiste leisten kann, den eine Flasche wird für den Abend nicht ausreichen!
