Dunkles Rubingranat, in der Nase nach Brombeerkonfit, Zwetschkenmus, Tannenzapfen, leichter Schokotouch, am Gaumen geschmeidige Textur, reife warme Fruchtanklänge, leichte Extraktsüße, zartes Tannin, harmonische Würze, sehr weich, süße dunkle Beeren und Waldboden im Nachhall. Kaum zu glauben, dieser Blaufränkisch war nicht im Holz! [GB Jg. 2015]
