Ein deutscher Sekt, aus den in der Champagne klassischen Sorten Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier, weiß gekeltert und im Holzfass ausgebaut. Der Blanc des Noirs von Griesel beginnt fast feurig-würzig in der Nase, intensiv und kernig, Wacholder und Eukalyptus, reif und doch kühl, etwas Speckbirne und etwas Zedernholz, sehr komplex und mit viel Spannung. Am Gaumen sehr fokussiert und schlank, cremige Perlage und eine feine Mineralik, wieder kühle Kräuternoten, leicht herbe Struktur, Rosmarin und Sauerampfer, komplexe Aromatik dabei aber trotzdem mit Charme und Trinkfluss.
