Ein weißer (gleich)-gepresster Pinot Noir von den Seckinger Buam, aus einer jungen Rebanlage. In der Nase sehr fruchtig nach Himbeeren, Blutorangen und Spuren von Mandeln. Am Gaumen eine gewisse Fülle (obwohl nur 10vol.% alk.), extraktstark, tolles Spiel aus Süße, Säure und feinem Gerbstoff - wie man es nur von Kabinetts kennt, wieder Himbeer-Mandel-Frucht, etwas Zitronenmelisse, sehr erfrischend. Erfrischender Sommerwein! [GB 05/2020]
