Ein Jahrgangs- und (neu bei Raumland) Lagen-Sekt, aus der Lage Bürgel mit 90 Monaten Hefelager. In der Nase riecht man schon den Kalkstein, puristischer rauchiger Stein, frischer Apfel, Blütenanklänge und ein wenig Brioche. Im Glas erst mal viel Perlage, die sich aber am Gaumen als butterweich und sämig entpuppt, unterstützt von einer guten Säure, bei mächtiger Cremigkeit, erinnert an einen mürben Apfelstrudel, auch Zitronenzeste und Kalk, viel Kalk - viel Schmelz.
