Eine außergewöhnliche Rosé-Cuvée (!) aus 80% ganztaubengepressten Grüner Veltliner und 20% Zweigelt. Helles Kaminrot, in der Nase Rhabarbermus, wilde Erdbeeren, auch nach der Kruste von einem Apfelstrudel. Am Gaumen eine Explosion, tolle Mischung aus Gerbstoff, frischer Säure und Extraktsüsse, leichte Kräuternoten, rötliche Birnenschale, rauh & herzlich. [GB 10/2019]
