ein ORANGE WINE mit voller Maischegärung. Intensive gelb-orange bis ins Bernstein gehende Farbe, in der Nase ausgeprägte Aromen nach Pinien, exotische gelbe Früchte und Gewürze, auch an getrocknetes Harz erinnernd. Am Gaumen ungewöhnlich aber gut, hohe Konzentration von reifen Birnen, Orangen und Limettenzesten, dazu viel Gripp durch feines aber doch sehr präsentes Tannin, eine rassige Säure sorgt für Frische. Braucht viel Luft!
