Ziel des 1900 Brut von Van Volxem ist es einen Riesling-Sekt wie vor hundert Jahren herzustellen. Die lange Hefelagerung ist es auch die diesen Riesling-Sekt maßgeblich prägt. In der Nase viel Brioche, leicht erdiger Touch, im Hintergrund zarte gelbe Fruchtnoten, auch am Gaumen wieder viel Brioche, sehr feine Perlage und eine intensive Cremigkeit mit feiner Würze. Ein opulenter Riesling-Sekt der unvergleichlich in Deutschland ist.
