We personally taste and rate all our wines using the 20 point system and publish the rating here. Unfortunately we don't have too many tasting notes translated yet but if so, you'll also find the taster's initials at the bottom: GB - Gerhard Biber, AB - Alexander Biber, CB - Christoph Biber, ND - Nico Deutsch, NH - Nicole Hirschler.

A high-profile team of winetasters (Viktor Siegl, Bernulf Bruckner and Michael Prónay) rates pre-selected wines together as a group in blind tastings using a five star system (***** being the highest) as well as giving recommendations.

A well-renowned wine expert from Switzerland, Rene Gabriel publishes his ratings in his own magazine WeinWisser using the 20 point system.

Robert Parker

The world's most famous winetaster rates together with his local associate Stephan Reinhardt using the 100 point system.

Eichelmann

Gerhard Eichelmann is not only a expert on Champagne and Sparkling Wine, but also releases one of the best wine guides for Germany. Over 9000 wines from over 900 winemakers were tasted, rated and described for his latest release.

Gault Millau Germany

One of the most influential wine guides in Germany has a new management because Joel B. Payne is now running the Vinum Guide. Britta Wiegelmann is the chief editor and created quite a buzz with high ratings for the last vintages.

Jancis Robinson

Jancis Robinson is the Grande Dame of the wine tasting world. She is renowned for her appreciation of elegant and subtle wines that are more into structure than Power.

A la Carte

The gourmet magazine A La Carte also issues a wine guide for Austria with rather high ratings.

Vinum

The Vinum Guide is a new Guide for Germany, but most of the tasters are from the old Gault Millau Team. Joel B. Payne is running the Guide together with Carsten Henn from the Vinum Magazin.
